Yes its true
WE do offened sometime unknowingly. And many offend us.
Sometimes its just the way they talk, i got offended a million times before my mom explained me that they have grown up talking that way and dont even know they are hurting you. So, she said, dont take it to heart and let it go.
If its a person you would meet often, let them know. I am sure, he didnt mean to offend you.
