It will boil down to that Phrase "The American People"
Which is would you consider to be "The American People " A) A poll that says 55% of the American people are against Health Care Reform .
B) 219 Representatives of "The American People vs 211 Representatives of other "American People"
C) The American People who are told the most by their talk radio shows that they are "The American People and are against the 219 but forbid the mentioning of "The American People" the 219 represent.
