Its a sign of the times
I was at city hall and the fire marshal was a big woman with tears in her eyes, I couldnt help myself and I asked her what was wrong, she said she was robbed yesterday in mid day. Sunshine and all. They took everything that was worth anything in her house. I just didnt know what to say, so i asked her what she was going to do. "Its a sign of the times" she said and hit hit me a ton of bricks. I say they can have it all, but they can't have my mind and my peace of mind, that is mine to keep and protect, everything else, well you can't take it with you anyway....
