darling, you had yourself a right 'vogue' festival today. So may comments, thank you very much. You are of course right about the errors in the 'Tango' article. The editor should have seen that. Never mind. Did you see the link to my article in literary traveler? Here it is again, you were my spiritual model! Enjoy.

Thanks very much for the info--will check it out, and tell my son too (he's a software developer). Thanks too for your interesting comment on my post. Yes, the women's reservation bill has been passed in Parliament, but the ground reality is that it will not actually change the plight of the majority. Today's paper had a photo of a crazy ritual somewhere in south India, where men carrying idols actually walk over women (lying on the ground) who consider themselves blest. Can you imagine anything more regressive!

Now that's a suggestion. I'll read her up. You remember when I asked for your help because I wanted to write an article about Mexico? Well, the article is written, and here is the link.

I have to confess something: guess who, in my mind's eye was the model for my Mexican friend?

I confess I've never heard of Ada Lovelce, but she looks terrific and she sounds fascinating. Haven't signed up yet, but when I get home I'll take another look and see if I can come up wit some woman who was great in science - Marie Curie? Someone like that? Will see what i can do on March 24th.
