It was as if every spot was rich in history, that photo of Nathaniel Hawthorne's birthplace I didn't even know what it was until writing the article, who knows what else I saw but didn't realize.

I loved it, felt like I was leaving something out in my article.  On my trip to the North Shore in Massachusetts I saw 9 lighthouses, you'd love it!

Wow! What history! I love the tall ships and the house regarding the Scarlet Letter was very cool! And there is always a lighthouse and I adore that to no end! sam

You build a case for Salem as a must see place. Certainly the historical house and museums that relate to the witch trials and the House of Seven Gables must give a visitor goose bumps. Moreover,  I love the replica of the ship and lighthouses. BC–A, Bill’s R88st
