I think you are so right on the joy of creating something from scratch! I think that is one of the things I miss about not having kids around, no one to do that for any more! sam

It was inspiring I agree
 I spent time with French friends years ago, on their farm, and returned many times. From a simple kitchen I learned so much

I truly enjoyed this post. I am one who is very interested in all the aspects of food. It is vital to life, it is a danger to life and it is the fellowship in life. I like that about your posts as you often tell about having people over for dinner, what you made etc., I enjoy that very much.
