What a way with words you have! I especially like the one about cigarettes. I had a very hard time kicking the habit, but have been free from them for close to 30 years. How happy I escaped the enphysema (?) my sister has now. She is still puffing away, more ways than one... J.S.

I don't know the amber demon...I can enjoy my wine when I like, stop when
I want....ah but the other...just reading mademy mind go back. The addiction remains. ...I quit because I couldn't walk forwheezing in the end ...nowI can run and I keepreminding myself when I want a puff. Theseare remarkable poemsand so insightful to the addiction.
