A police dept email running around...where is it now....
It's a very short slide show of what people are doing as they are captured on these cameras...eating, cell-phoning, applying makeup, flipping the camera the bird with their hand in front of their face, and one one with this "Oh NO!!" look.
Maybe staged, but funneeeeeeeeee!
