Bush had no consideration for the lives and health and safety of Americans when he and Cheney decided to go in on a baldfaced lie. Even Colin Powell is recoiling at what he had a part in.
Surge or no -- Iraq was the most ill-advised action in U.S. history -- shouldn't have happened.
