Sundays are great days for naps, if you get that day off work. You feel like you're getting away with something....it's fun....just the opposite of when we were little and didn't go to sleep when our parents told us to. Now we're going to sleep when everyone else expects us to be awake. A cool little rebellion, I say!

...You don't....except for the fact that we're all insanely jealous of you for having that opportunity! You must carry on for those of us that can't...so nap on, Taps, nap on!!! I love it that you do that for yourself.

...Hey sometimes those nighttime prowls can be very adventurous and fun. I'd probably wind up eating something naughty, though, like liverwurst and Stephen's Gourmet Cocoa...a huge mug of it...(the cocoa, that is)

Oh, if I were only lucky enough to take afternoon naps. But following these these wise words, I know will do me great good whenever I can. A good happy Darson having taken a nap, mental garbage removed, will write another gem, that's for sure.

I love afternoon naps since I retired....and, yes, they still make me feel a bit guilty. If I get caught napping by a phone call or knock at the door, I always feel that I have to apologize or explain. LOL

Naps are the only drug that gives you that second wind that clears away some of the emotional dust in your brain. I hope the problems ease up soon for you.
