The idea of hope here (if I'm reading correctly) makes this a big change from your recent poems, which have been pretty dark. The language tends to be abstract and sometimes hard to follow, but you never lose me and -best of all - you leave no deadwood. Reading your stuff is always intense - I look forward to it. PS - help me out with "prismatic" - I'm not entirely sure how you mean that to be understood.
