its hard to cut hours at the right time, this past Monday it was raining and it was a holiday, more people were in the store shopping then the Christmas season, and people were complaining that there wasnt enough help

No Excel spreadsheets. We use a computer program called QuickBooks. Amazing tool for small businesses!

Yeah. It's tough having an employee who calls out at the last minute.
I wouldn't have put up with that, either.

I guess if someone is unreliableforwork...eventually they lose the job..
it is sad forthe folk though that have to have their hours cut. Tough times for everyone and if Dad doesn't make a profit and the business closed down...everyone would be out of a job.
