This was such an exciting post. It brought back many old memories because I first began designing much like this in the earlies 1960s. I hope you will be able to post some photos. Thanks for the piece.

How very exciting! I want to see pictures of the creations, please! I love how India loves her colors! I can see wonderful clothing from all this, too! sam

I would lovetobe ableto go with you and have all these wonderful clothes
made and have them actually fit me. I am a pear and they just don't make clothes that fir pears.

In reading this post, I immediately thought of my darling mother.  She was a lover of fabrics, and fashion, and would have gotten extremely excited in this shop and communicating with this tailor that you mention.  It interests me too, but never to the degree that my mother loved it.  I don't have the fashion sense that she did.  It was good that as a nurse I could wear scrubs.  LOL
