Congratulations!!!! They grow way too fast don't they :-) I miss mine being that age... or maybe not loll (now that I think about it loll )Just kidding... They are sweet at any age... yes, you should do physical therapy
it is amazing at what it can do to a body. Now with a teenager at home you will need to be fit and strong and physical therapy is better than any other therapy in the world. :)
