sarah, have just read your blog and can relate to many things. True discipline are the rules and guidelines we set for ourselves and then stick to. Forced is the sort of discipline our parents and teachers etc. gave us to learn by. No one is going to give you this but one thing i know...deep inside of you is your amazing power to take control of everything you do from this moment on. Use this power and things will be come clear, start by changing waiting to seeking. . I wish you love and good luck. lauren
