I only came to say happy new year
and to my pleasant surprise i found this little treasure you left behind. This is one of the most wonderful poems I have  read, ESPECIALLY since it is now 6am and I am after a long night of no sleep and stormy rainy night. Regardless, it is a poem worth reading again and again

Am so glad to have made your memories come back. Reminiscences, invariably, are filled with sweet emotions. Thank you so very much. I'll return your visit in the morning, having just returned from sam's ... you know the goings-on. So I'll settle more peacefully when I come to read your fine blog.

One of my favorite childhood memories.
Bathing in the morning sun.  Air still chilled, suns warmth undeniable.  Often as adults, we don't take time to notice such things.  This was a wonderful reminder for me.

Sinome
My dear friend Marta, you come bringing me joyful gifts with your "Excellent", and "I am so impressed". Oh, that I could impress someone as yourself adept in the art of poetry writing, is really very satiating for me. Thanks a ton xoxoxoxo

elysianfields
Thank you Ely, I myself enjoyed doing this too. Each line, except at one place, intentionally broken, has a nursery rhyme like cadence with two similar rhyming words to make it sound pleasing to the ears. I read this haltingly and felt satisfied at the word arrangements. Being new to the art, I am trying different styles. But do teach me with corrections you feel wherever needed. I smile with you , Aba.

You are one lady, Kabu, who never fails to bring me gifts in cheer, and the result has been a contribution in that very vein. So, thanks so much, ma'am.
