A No-Touch Car Wash
I saw one of these today on the way back from Florida at a Shell station, and took our first car wash at one of those automated doo-jobbies. Do you guys have anything like those?

...it sounds like marty will do okay (economically) with the location...sometimes it's like that...the business makes enough money to break even which means the landlord would actually be turning a profit...good luck in 2010...moon
