I'm from San Diego, lived in New york for 6 years and then moved back to San Diego...and I can't even see myself back in the cold...I would definitely take warm/hot over cold ANY DAY.

Re: LOL You will love hell it will be warm like where you live
Hi Kabu! I liked winter a lot more before I had to work in it and de-ice jets for 20 years in it. I am VERY happy here. PS If heaven is cold, I want to go to hell.

Re: sam444
Hi sam! I wonder if they have a Sear's in hell? (Probably not, just Wal-Mart) I would need to buy a pretty sturdy shovel.

Re: Sinome
Hi Sinome! I love paradise, and I love the hot sunny weather, but I prefer to run in cooler weather.  At least the humidity is down.  I can take comfort in knowing all the vacationers are getting beautiful weather. Hope you are well also.

Re: I prefer the Arizona desert, never any humidity, my great enemy.
Hi benzinha!  It does get cool here in the winter also, well most years anyway. I also like to tell people up north that we are going through a cold spell and that I am putting on my flannel pj's. When they ask how cold we are I say 60. That always gets a rise out of them. I am evil.

I agree with you that Miami is a paradise of sorts but enough is enough... Those northeners should stop hugging all the cold up there and send us some...  This eternal summer  is ridiculous... loll  Be well Mike xoxoxo

It has been chilly this week, but it is the rare winter when we are really cold.

LMAO - Muley, you bum!! Even while digging through feet of cold snow, and putting on layers of clothing to withstand the cold temperatures, I have to admit I love our Canadian winters as much as I do our summers. Hey! No bugs - no sweating - and most of all, those big snakes people walk around with in Miami (can't forget Vogue's warning!!) could not survive it - then there's the hot rum toddies we sip while lounging by a nice, cozy fireplace....not even mentioning the exquisite winter outdoors scenery....

Come on - you guys aren't even tempted?
