looks like you have learned the law of allowing
all by your own experience, which is pretty great considering most people love to hold it against you. Only people on a pretty high level are strong enough to allow other people their faults without gossiping, or holding it against them. thus, the law of allowing :)

Harsh Words
I don't believe very many businesses prefer that kind of language, but it is nice sometimes to find out that people are human after all....

I know how I would feel, I dont like to be rushed when I am helping a customer, things just build up after a while

I think your approach
is absolutely right; sometimes we don't appreciate what pressures people are operating under and a changed behaviour doesn't need to be permanent as in Sarah's case here it seems
