Oh Dear Aba excuse, has I had not heard of George Herbert as a Poet and this poem --- I now can sense the era of John Donne ~(one of my favorites) -   I will read him more ~ Thank you.  This poem was beautiful and I so aspire ~ what exaltation he pens; albeit yes, unlike Donne et al St. Theresa of Avila .  Awesome study here Aba ~  ~ Elyse

116 unrepeated forms is a lot of variety for a poet.
I think I know about 2 (LOL)
I repeat them often.
