...there are those things for which we hunger that upon receiving we are satiated...but, only for the moment...then sets in loss and fear of loss and, satiation being a transitory thing, it is closely followed once again by hunger, clinging, grasping...but, and to mix the metaphor, there is that water which once having been imbibed, one does not thirst again...many think that it is "only" spiritual, other worldly, non-pragmatic...but, (i say) JC was a very pragmatic teacher and he referred to something here and now...and it lies dormant, latent, even in the daily life, the mundane relationship, the tedious chore...what if one were to share that with another? moon
