I get the impression that his opponents are giving him a very, very rough ride. Many of the problems he is struggling with existed before his election: wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, climate change and the economic crisis etc.
Before getting elected he promised to do something about medical care in your country and now he's trying to do what he promised.
Although I live in Denmark I follow your news. As President of the last remaining super power in the world what he does, says and how it's received may make a difference to us as well. Our boys are coming home in bodybags too.
