This other facet of you, Troosha, the thoughtful, melancholic, ruminating poet, that you often include in between your poetic streams, makes the whole blog such a beauty to behold, a new song sung!

It is difficult for me to remember what I was like when I was that age.
I don't remember lamenting very often, and I don't remember taking much time to ponder.
I think I was just a bit rambunctious and made decisions a little too quickly sometimes.
I think I might still be the same way almost 70 years later. LOL

This poetry describes that face of the cute little girl perfectly.
"Speechless are my lips and thoughts
as they dissolve into lament
into ruminations revolving
and lonely yet calculating ponder"

i loved the cute little picture you posted
but when I scrolled down I loved the poem even more. Any writer must have felt that same exact thing with their own blood.

~ your grief, your lament touches me and even your thoughful expressions here inspire and promote ponderance in me as well ~ your tenderness reaches out no matter. ~Elyse
