Every time I visit your blog, I feel I am in another world - a world of most marvelous poems expressed in classical style with a fervor unmatched, and simultaneously feel sorry that I miss so many on the way for lack of time. Another reason, I have a lot to learn from your poeies of brilliance.

Nice poem, it has a "sad gaiety" about it, like the good old days..

Very nice
and so very much my reality now as I go through Richards things.  I found a napkin he had written a song on when we were out to eat with his family.   It was a country song that had a auction sound and he wanted to learn it so he could sing the song to his niece. Richard was an auctioneer.  Fleeting memories magic moments for the heart and soul.

I like Naut. was sent off back to my memories of UNI. I smoked cigs, drank
a little cheap wine, never ever took drugs. Din't really know much about them even. Parties were mighty tame but real good fun.

Do I detect a 19th century poet here? I think I might have mentioned this before. But what a delight to re-enter the Romance of language.
