I agree with you in that original words should be in every posting... There is no bag of tricks that can substitute talent my friend... and though its nice to see a good presentation I would have read Hemingway even if he wrote on a crumpled paper bag and some of the writers in this here Blogit , you included, I would also read no matter where or how they wrote what their inmense talent dicated to them... Darling I read this and reallylaughed at myself nearly every day
For I found this site as somewhere to write.Somewhere tobe published without having to keep going through the rejection slip agony. I didn't know what a blog was even. I didn't know about comments or how one got paid or anything I just wanted to write.I certainly had no clue that the love of my life was here. So I still use this....Aqua & Fuscia colors on my page not withstanding I still use this site to write. xoxoxoxoxoxox

It neither takes away or adds too for me. Some of the sites are so bright I don't read them easily. Your sites are great but I come to them for the words alone. I am still an advocate for the plain black and white news paper.

I do like the illustrated blogs, the poems with appropriate photos,
the Youtube videos, colorful clip art. But I'm on the budget plan, and so I'm stuck with just words, the plain vanilla version of the site, except for the little emoticons...
