Big decisions in the offing! A sign of the times that you could beat a seller down to that extent; a big difference between 25000 and 18500.

     The one by the lake, is there any chance it's to
close to the lake, because of possible flooding.  I'm
sure you've checked that out, just wanted to mention
that.  We had a travel trailor kept at camp ground one
summer and ended up having to pay someone to move
it when a big flood came.
