What a wonderful plan ~ I totally agree - lay it aside.  (I will do just that --- after I put the laundry up and pick up after the plumbers, the furnace repairmen, the carpenter etc. )  actually I have plans tomorrow to go get my hair done (which always makes me feel special) and prepare for Monday's tooth surgery - a botched root canal done 2 years ago has to be 'redone' by an Endodontist - I've put it off for that long  ~ so I will take your keen compassionate advice and rest up the next couple of days * I so believe in it. I felt exactly the same way today. I wish I'd taken your advice! I think I will take a personal holiday on Monday, thanks to you! Live it up! Many gratitudes!

TAPS
Thank you so much. Everything has been heavy in the world for me today. We did jail ministry and it was great. But thank you so I give myself permission to ease up.

Troosha ~ I can't whistle either.  LOL

I’m with ya, Taps…. I woke up with a similar attitude.  Today is a day for smiling, doing only what absolutely needs to be done, digging out some high heel in preparation for “date night” around here, and if I knew how to whistle I would.

Thank you. I really needed to read this one. I will take it to heart. (I can't put off the 2 cleaning jobs I have today, but I can enjoy them)

Re:  Kabu ~
I'm so sorry that it is bleak there for you.  Actually, I love a good bleak day now and then, and I'm sure mine is coming.
