No member in my immediate family have had it yet
(knock on wood), but I've had extended family who
have and a dear friend who did while she was pregnant,
she and baby are okay now.  I have seen about a
hundred at the drug store where I work in the past
two or three works.  I wash hand about 20 times a
day not because I'm scared, but to protect others
too!

I have an older son who had it. 2 of my kids had the flu - swine? not sure. I was sick for 2 days with a very mild flu. My son and daughter-in-law had it in Asia, now are here in the USA. I'm not afraid of it.

Had it. Husband had it. Two out of three kids had it. Hope we're done with it! Bonus daughter got a flu shot and got horribly ill so I think it's safe to say she's had it, too. It knocks your block off. Not a good time.

My DIL in Australia had it a couple of months ago and was very sick.

She had to stay home fromwork for a week(well she was too sick to go anyway) and she had to isolate herself from hubby and the kids. She was so sick.

My friends grandson had it, and my son knew a woman whom they say died of it
