You will never know hiw timelyn this is for me my friend; both the awesome quote ands your escellent poem!  BTW no it wasn't thru choice I was made redundant (the official word although I hate to use it!) but I know there is a reason for this happening and am close to 'getting it' - I have to say I am loving my new life!  Many blessings and thanks
