Obama will have a buffer margin of 20% unemployment rate by his ardent supporters before he is to blame for anything, and then someone will find a way to carom even those figures and bounce them into Bush's legacy. joab

STILL RESIDUALS FROM BUSH
the rate of increase has slowed.
I would hate to think what might have happened without the stimulus bill. This has been called the worst recession since the 30's. It's damn hard getting out of it.
Mr. Obama didn't cause it, and it would be hard for ANYONE to be able to bring us out easily.
But of course you do expect Mr. Obama to work miracles, it seems -- and I thought you weren't an Obama worshipper.
