Sounds like you need a camera crew to follow wild old you around for a week
and show all the independent things that you do. The Queen of Mobility.
Show the film to your mom and then show her a statue in the park, just sitting there with pigeons on it and ask her whether, in your shoes, she would rather be "travelling you" or instead, just sit still in the park until someone came along to interact with her, like a pigeon, maybe.
But mothers are funny people, I know, I am one.
