There are benefits to living in the Midwest, folks...things are much more

reasonable in terms of costs!

like I said yesterday you should appreciate the price and grab it, here about the cheapest you might get something would be a mobile home maybe if your lucky $75k.  You cant even get a decent car for less the 25k

This was my pick too and I would buy it immediately. Even if it isn't your

dream cabin. Finish it nicely,tidy up around it and make a nice profit when the economic down turn is over.

 Primo Potential and at such a bargain ~ Whoa and WOW!!!  So glad, ecstatic Ariala, in fact, that you got to see and that you really find this worthy.  You know it really is a good price and I would say yes, offer --- they can only say 'no'.  I will be excited to see how this turns out.  I'm blown away by the views and all ~ I'm blown away by the price.  SUCH a deal -  Glad you got to really look over ~ Elyse
