That is so fantastic. I remember the first Christmas I had alone, after my divorce. The kids were at their dad's...I went skiing and tried to forget how much I missed them...then went to Chinese food with my sister and brother in law. The next year, I had the kids and we all went skiing together. It was a lot more fun. Glad you can have your family around you!

This is good news! I am having all my children home for Christmas this year! The presents matter not for it will be three years since I have seen my soldier son! He just needs to get his butt home from Egypt in one piece! Your son should be there, fellowship out weighs gifts for me! And, they are so much cheaper after the holiday! lol sam
