Shelly, by far this quote:

" ------------ A Lesson for the night and for me to take to heart...OY!!! this one is where I can fall ~ why, this man blew his horn at me today (it was rainy) and I scowled because it scared me, and he did something with that finger gesture and I believe I really wanted to do it back to him, but I didn't...I sat and composed myself and managed to give him a very Cheeky Smile ~ 
and under my breath I think I mumbled something. 
--- so I'm really going to try ~ and certainly if I don't have to be out, I won't get out ---- people are driving really crazy lately 
(that's what many faces look like) ---- It's skeery ~ Thank you for your wonderful meditation and I send big prayerful thoughts your way ~ xoxox
