"Autumn in a giddiness" - I think it's catching and I am giddiness in autumn.

I love your poetry. You have a way all your own.

Dear Elysianfields
With a 'warm' welcome to Winter you take us through the vairied seasons like a guide, or better still, like a prophet, one for whom Nature and all its gifts are a one commune; they let you their unrevealed secrets and those secrets you communicate with us. WONDERFUL!!! Ely~ Kudos and

Re: elysianfields
Thank you Justi for your visit and your comment. I understand how you feel about the winter coming, however I don't - I can't consider the seasons forbodeing ~ it's all part of the cycle and change (s) in Life ~ all part of the Journey. No matter, I try to make the best of even the torrential rains, the stormy storms... It's Power and it calms or electrifies me (for now) ~ Elyse from the Texas Fields

In the south I think the fall is forboding even when it is beautiful because right behind it is winter.

Elyse - To bring in the winter all we need is to see the changes of the season through your poem. Lovely.

It happen today that I am in the midwest. And the beauty of Autumn here is fabulous and so beautiful. The whole day I have been thinking about taking some pictures to reflect the beauty of nature. I couldn't help using my fingers to frame some beautiful views. The autumn beauty and it's colors always know how to capture my heart. For me Autumn is majestic. Thanks for sharing a nice poem

Chuck.
