BCA - Loved the songs. Well the big shot will have a space at the dinner and dance as long as he leaves his ego behind at home otherwise he might end up alone.!!

Great creative writing and wonderful tunes and artists as usual.

I avoid parties, I have no small talk. I particularly loathe big shots. One of my sons' friends became a big shot working with Russell Crowe. He had always called me his Sydney Mom. I big shot him right out of the sky when he tried it with me. They are both musicians my son and this friend. Now I don'thear fromeither of them.

Brilliance pervades your scenes...

I think that the big shot is rarely welcome at the party as they are mostly involved in process of supporting their own ego at the expense of everybody else.  In the end nobody has a great time.

Whether we like it or not a big shot will act like a big shot at any time or in any place. People like that have usually got skins like rhinoceroses so they do not notice when they enjoy other people's enjoyment.
