Re:  Azur ~
There is so much ugliness in this life, but there is beauty, even in the ugliness.

Taps
I read those posts quietly, and there was one I thought a lot about. Yes, I don't think you need to leave them up.

It is easy this time of year to be a touch glum, and yet the darkest days are most brightly lit by a smile...

Re: Troosha
You, like some faithful others around this place, are a writers dream come true--a reader who knows how to make one feel read and appreciated.  I don't think I'll ever go away from here.

Taps

“It's time for things unchangeable to recede into the netherworld of yesterday's misfortunes where one can learn from them still, but not be overcome by their continual presence.”  This sentence, so marvelously crafted, grabbed me and stopped me in my tracks.  It applies to all of us – differently perhaps but the principle remains the same.     Glad you spirits are lifting...

Good idea, Taps.
Sometimes putting some distance between reminders and ourselves makes it easier to live with.

Re: Kabu
You and Wiley are so very special.  I love reading you both, but even more I just love the thought that you are there overlooking the goings on of Blogit and taking part in being "family" to Blogit's members.  Thank you so much for the standing invitation.  I love it.

Sometimes dear one wwe have to write the pain out. It helps to deal with it

When I first came to Wiley I wrote the miserable truth of fourty years ...well it wasn't all misery of course and that's what writing helped me to remember.expund the evil and remember what was good. I pray that this exercise has helped you to understand and come to terms on some  the pain that you are carrying.

I feel such pain for your Grandson. History may repeat itselfbut as a grandparent we are limited in what we can do. Even a Grandfather is limited.

You are really loved in this little house....and if you ever eed a retreat to charge your batteries.......there is always a spare room and bathroom here and a spare computer  even.

love from Kabu and Wiley, proud to be your friends.

I appreciate the way you made choices in this. It was hard for you, it is done. You will move forward as you always do. You are a lovely lady. God bless you.

Taps - I'm truly sorry for the pain that you have endured  and your family too and yes it is what makes us all the more appreciative of life. To be put at the back of the mind as a reminder and move forward in experience. Take care.

This is what I want to do as well! I was so ready to hit the delete button, but I decided to listen to Auslander and not make it hasty! I have been saving the entries and comments, for I value them as you do! Fresh starts are so inviting! I must restrain until I am certain I have it all in order! So sorry, I did not mean to alarm about the way I wrote it to possibly give the thought of leaving! I just feel like my blogs are a mess and they need a house cleaning! sam
