Truly, in your words.. "wanting and doing" are so far apart. An adventure seeker you are and a great poet with insight and depth.

Dear Shelly ~ you want --- and you dream --- and how many of us do just the same.  I know I think sometimes what I want --- and I hope and hope one day (like going to Kenya) that it will happen.  I like this whole passionate piece.  Very well written, introspective and definitely full of imagery ... xoxo Love you ~ Elyse

It is in this intense desire of restlesness, of the covetable ... divine dissatisfaction, that keeps the search alive and kicking - that which ultimately leads to ..... Excellent and very fluent and very attractive poem, dear sam ma'am .

I agree that this is thought-provoking, and coveting is also a sensitive issue as well, but as usual, nice write

Shelly
Quite apart from the fact that this is very though-provoking as so many of your poems - I admire your creative energy! How do you do it??? (I have read the previous ones too, of course, even if I didn't comment. Especially when the poem is an expression of faith - I do understand that, sort of, but not having any faith, I never know what to say)...

Possibly, you will find what it is that you truly covet, once you begin the jurneyjoab

I don't know about the coveting (isn't that one of the thou shalt nots) but I know all about that wanting.

It's all about letting go and letting God.
