That's true for social security FSI
two out of three get turned down the first time. But right now I'm dealing with my pension. I can't even apply for social security until I actually stop working. My uncle/lawyer advised me to try on my own first then get a lawyer if I get turned down.

I've always heard that people get turned down the first time. I don't know how true that is...Legal representation cannot hurt.

I don't know either. Is there a management level that you can go to
and find out. They can't make you work if you are too sick.
