Kabu
Very sad! One has a sense that the sun set on this man's life even before it ended...And I understand that you were a witness to these lives...

Amazing writing of very painful lives. When writing can affect the emotions of the reader, then that is writing of a quality that needs to be published. You have a talent and you owe it to yourself to get published -again. I love you.

You certaily have a way to slip into the character of "paper peolpe" and bring them to life for your readers. Thanks for your comment on Mary's house and I am delighted to hear that you didn't feel anything particular either!

Oh my! What an ordeal! I understand the side effects of medication! But, from his point of view, I doubt one can truly understand how he had to watch life go on and he could only be a onlooker! It had to be the very worst! And not to have counseling, another poor soul was lost! One thing after another plague this poor family! It makes one wonder why some have such a heavy cross to bear during the course of their lives! So good that our father stood by, it would have been so much worse to be abandoned by family! Amazing story! I am curious as to whether the boy with the deformity ever got surgery? A very well told story my Kabu! Your sam I am

I didn't realize Parkinson's caused headaches.
In a case like this, it seems a shame sometimes we can't help people out of their misery. We do as much for animals, rather than let them suffer needlessly. I hope you'll find Olive some peace of mind and adorable grandchildren before her story ends.

Oh my ~ long-suffering and battle upon battle to boot. This was such an account, of what life doles and how we (they) overcome and keep going - indomitable strength(s). This has left me (

) ~ my goodness. You write with such a pen that oozes reality and yet, you're delicate - sensitive enough to leave out just enough. Kabuski ~ my Lady, you're a writer. and I loved it ~ I have to go clean a titch but was glad I could read this segment ~

I love you much Kabuski ~ Have a lovely day ~

So much suffering in this world.
It seems that many who suffer want to make others suffer along with them.
But, there are also those whose sufferings make them kind and gentle, understanding and loving, never complaining and always with a smile--such was one of my grandmas. Someday I would like to tell her story.
