Re: Re: True, true.
I'm reading back a bit Azur, and it struck me that even when things are pressing in from all sides, you still manage a bit of wry humour... which is why people love you, even if love isn't paying the bills all of the time.

Hey Azur, thanks for stopping in! You are so right on this be a daunting task! I have to utilize every moment I feel good and it still seems months away! I have to put ten poetry books back together, plus my meditations for beginners. I could kick myself in the derriere for not finishing when I started! UGH! BTW, about the title of that book we have been discussing, I REALLY WANT TO KNOW!!!! sam

That's a good thought, to write from where you are.  I hadn't thought about it before.

Azur
Just like weeding - keep your head down and keep grafting whether cursing or laughing.   The final overview can be intoxicating.

One thing leads to another.
Clicking on Nautikos' latest post I discovered this one. Now I understand what inspired him, I'll go back and finish reading his post. Thank you for sharing these thoughts with us; I agree with you.

Azur
I think we are constrained, if not condemned, to think, speak and write from whatever point we occupy at any moment in our world in spacetime, including any flights of fancy and creativity...

Well said, Azur.
Very well said.

I agree, it does come down to one step at a time! I like the fact that you capitalized on the moment and got a good deal from it! sam

Sensei said if you don't take one step at a time, you fall down.

Very valuable thoughts. It's indeed all a question of perspective and hindsight. Thanks for your comment on Ephesus and look what a coincidence that your friend has just been to Troy. You might want to have a look at this article I wrote about Troy and Schliemann in my absolute favorite mag. Ok, I'm off to Ephesus now and will write about it tomorrow.

They're good thoughts Azur...  we have to keep getting back on the horse that threw us - or something like it. ((((hugs))))

That is my rule I don't ever try to write poetry especially
without the emotion to accompany it. I feel for you love that you are living life pretty tough these days.

True, true.
But look as far as you can, then see if someone with a telescope and ladder can help.
