I'm tempted but that would cost me about $1,000 in pay. Plus I feel an obligation to my employer to finish out those last two weeks, even though my health problems make me pretty useless.

why don't you just stop pushing yourself so hard and retire right now.
the two weeks work could make you a lot sicker while knowing that you never have to go back again could see your health bounce back.
