apologize for going so crazy on this, this whole ordeal has been a thorn in my side even though I have no relatives there.   I am sorry with you that the old men in their plush settings drug this out so long and turned some of it into diversion and killing, I just wanted to make the point that at least this mission appears to have some purpose and use. So easy for them to make those calls when they didn't have to go themselves. Thank you for expressing that more calmy than I am able to. ±

I must add that the handsome young man is a hero to go on a covert mission to a place that matters and that it must be very difficult to make that type of risk and sacrifice.  Love and prayers ...

He will stay in my prayers and you as well.  Since some of the worst terrorists are located in Egypt it might be seen as defending, as opposed to killing, to put their organization down.  The terrorist elements in such countries would not hesitate to kill innocents in public or Americans. This does not say I want this conflict to continue unless something decisive can be done to contain the terrorists. Sorry if I rambled too long. God Bless.

Dear Shelly ~ I will pray for him and for you, his mother as well.  God bless you ~ I just got on for a bit tonight to try and catch up a bit.  I have you held dearly within my heart and within my prayers.  (this poetry was poignant - strikingly felt straight to the heart)  Elyse

You and he have my prayers. My bonus son is in the Navy and goes to the Persian Gulf frequently on an aircraft carrier. We don't know much for months on end and it is hard. You have my prayers.

Hi My Sam - A touching poem sweetie and it is the cry of every mom with children at war. Your son looks so good. I will definitely pray for him. I hope you are fine and I have missed you. Love you.

What a beautiful son you have.  Look at those eyes.   Is that his first name or his last name on his shirt?  I would like to pray for him by name even though God already knows what it is.

my heart, my prayers, my tears
are all with you, this poem was touching not only the content and horror of its truth, but also the special way you wrote it. I had tears in my eyes as I read the last line.

Good luck and best wishes to your son and I hope he comes home again very, very soon. The waiting must be terrible for you. Shelly the emoticons are not working for me; so please imagine them.
