Re: benzinha
WileyJohn, family visits to old stomping grounds are strolls down Memory Lane.
We are old and the strolls were slower and sometimes Mom actually sat in the wheelchair that we rented for her, and often we cried at the old songs in the old haunts, but, we did "matar saudades" as the Brasilians say. We killed our old longings for yester-year by re-living them as best we could, 40 years later.....

Re: What a wise and beautiful lady you are and I am so glad it all worked
I sound good on paper, don't I, Kabu?? I did pretty well in person, too, this time. But, I still have so far to go and am too old to reach my goals of more compassionate behavior and better communication with my own children.
