LOL...I know exactly what you mean, however she was probably chattering so because she was anxious, nervous --- and when the turbulence hits, often times I tend to either shout out, "WHAT??? or SLOW DOWN"

and grab the other person sitting next to me by the 'knee'' mind you LOL ~ but, otherwise I drift into my own little world unless someone needs to talk ~

TAPS, you're right, it could have been worse...
And Snowview, I already had pains enough! Between wonky knee and the sort of whiplash effect you get for failing to stick the landing when performing unplanned acrobatics, I didn't notice if I got a headache...

I believe you are on the money! If only she had not also been so LOUD! Half the plane including crew were rolling their eyes by the time we reached Kansas.
