- Go to Come To My Book Signing
TAPS, are you going to have a book signing soon? I just love your writing!!!! You can write anything on a book that you write --- you can call me Al even, if you choose...LOL, seriously, when you do have a book signing, maybe you'd come to my neck of the woods.

Yes, comfortable shoes...
plenty of pens. I've been to a few evenTs like that -- the Elliott Bay Bookstore in Seattle had author events almost every week, sometimes a little wine, a little cheese. Very artsy. I'm not comfortable being the center of attention, but I do collect books signed by the author... So count me in.

Re: Hey TAPS...
Thank you. I'd love to do that. But, I don't suppose you will have one in Kansas City.

I have an idea
why dont we all plan one big book signing party. Deadline to complete the book will be say december 31st 2009, We all show up with a completed manuscript and do a completed manuscript party. Than we go home an dpublish the manuscript and do a book signing party, so we can have two parties for one book and a bunch of writers and a bunch of books.
I am the first to volunteer with my book completed by december 31st, any additional volunteers?

I already did. I just didn't leave a comment because I'm not sure how I feel about you basically leaving us. I have to think about it.

Funny, TAPS
And I do hope you're serious, even though you're funny. I would love to read anything you've written. You'll have to keep us posted. It's funny, I've often had daydreams of interviews with John Stewart after my book is published. It's the only daydream that really gets me moving on a writing project.
You might want to check out my new blog perhaps, in case you go looking for the missing ones:

... nothin' wrong with planning in reverse. LOL I bet it would be quite an Event with a capital E which rhymes C that stand for class
Be sure to select the right shoes; comfortable enough for standing and mingling but snazzy enough to make a bold statement.
