Is it a local company, local office of a national company, national company that refers local tax specialists to you? Just want to to check out who they are......lots of ads on TV doesn't mean their totally real. Check them out with you local Better Business Bureau. See if there are any complaints against them. It's better to be safe than sorry!

Much good luck! If you demonstrate an inability to pay I believe you will get relief! My word, can anyone in your state get anything paid with the financial crisis!? That alone ought to alert the Government big time! sam
