Love your poetry and oh my, I got tears when I heard your song, "So rare..." oh my...This song revived such fond memories of my Daddy and Mamma --- we'd have music 'round the clock in our home over weekends, if Daddy didn't have to work and yes, I recall this sound ---and my parents slow dancing and just the good feeling. We try to pump all these and classics and more and more music to our children as well. It's good for the appreciation. Our 25 yr old son can play tunes on his guitar akin to Les Paul and his daddy and he will gather horns, bass, electric to classic and needless to say, I can enjoy some jam like honey on butter.

I loved this post ~ Elyse

Re: Nileangel
Thank you for coming here. I am so enjoying spending time on this blog because even when I'm in here at my PC working on it, it makes me feel like I'm out there somewhere.

It is moving along rather fast! Each morning I go out to see what plants have survived the first frosts of the season! They are so beautiful and it pains me they are going to fade away for this before I am ready! This is a very nice poem, it got my senses moving! sam
