Re:
Sadly, it did not go well. I had my say, though my line of questioning about ticket quotas was disallowed.

Injustice was served, once again
I am certain that I was going 40 in a 45mph zone, but the judge took the officer's testimony (he alleges I was going 59) over mine. The judge should be impartial and not be taking anyone's testimony over another. Since the burden of proof is with the prosecution and no physical evidence was presented showing that the car clocked was mine, I should have been acquitted and not had to pay any fees or court costs. And since that was not done, clearly the judge is biased and represents the township. Indeed, the township profits mightily from these traffic court scams and pays the judge is salary.
Each of these cases should be decided by a jury trial in the county, so these town traffic court scams can be shut down. I asked for the information on making an appeal. There is also the possibility of making it a campaign issue.

That's right, honesty pleads not guilty and yet pays tax. That's the irony.
