Re: I Love(d) Mr. Magoo ...

TV is still the thing but more expensive than when the sets themselves were new digital notwithstanding. I hoped that the conflicts would work relevantly. On the racial issues they usually use Ebony and Ivory sung by Paul & Stevie. I’ll link that another time. And there was Kenny Rogers: Have you ever walked in front of a crooked man, pretending you were lame? I didn’t link to that one this time for balance and space. It would be nice if kids would wait for their peers to blossom. But, some adults are like that as well. Thank you for sharing love and love itself. BC-A, Bill’s RLJst

I Love(d) Mr. Magoo ...
Dear BC beginning with a Dinah Washington then a young Bill Cosby ~ a youthful,Jack Parr... wow - aims at my nostalgic senses ~ I see all the 'colors' in this writing of yours ~ I also see the attention drawn to others and their color, and or their handicaps and I applaud you for this particular writing.  It's indeed deep and reflects much - from the dialogue to the choices of your music.  It's cool how you do this, bring it all together in your mega creative mind and to paper (er screen) ~  and when I was a teen - I was pudgy - short and squat and just plainly plain; a prude (I was described as...) and a nerd.  I had many a tease - I'm cajun french mix with english  and I can tan like no other ~ soo...there were quite a few unkind phrases thrown at me...All I did was 'withdraw' and enjoyed my sense of style in my own little part of the wall.  I am a loner by nature and this all stems from hurtful comments but, today I'm very content with who I have become ~ it strengthened me and in fact, inspired me - life lesson was to be more sensitive to others. ~Elyse

I've never had a problem with that! But when my son was in school, high school specifically, and others gave him a tough time, making fun, whatever, he would look them in the eye, give that grin of his and walk away! It drove them nuts! sam
